If you’ve purchased a planner, template, or other downloadable product—good news! You’ll get access right away. Here’s how:
✅ Option 1: Right After Checkout
As soon as your payment is complete, you’ll see a confirmation page with direct download links.
✅ Option 2: From Your Email Receipt
You’ll also receive an invoice from receipts@thrivecart.email. At the bottom of that email is a link to “Access your purchases” anytime.
🎓 Courses, Workshops & Kits
If you’ve joined a workshop, course, or toolkit, you’ll get access through our student portal. Here’s what happens:

After checkout, you’ll see a confirmation screen inviting you to set up (or log into) your student portal. Quick and easy.
✅ Option 2: Check Your Welcome Email
You’ll receive an email from accounts@thrivecart.net with a link to your learning portal and a list of your available resources.

Here’s what happens after you purchase a digital product:

- Step 2: You’ll be shown a confirmation page with instant access to your purchase (downloads or portal).
- Step 3: You’ll receive an email receipt and/or course access email with links for future access.
- Step 4: You’re good to go—access your products anytime using the links or portal login.

All digital products are delivered instantly. If you don’t see your confirmation email within 5–10 minutes, check your spam or promotions folder just in case.
